At REboutique we offer furnished rooms for rent with flexible stays for students in Milano.
We mainly host international students who come here for their Erasmus or Exchange programs.

Q & A

The admin fee is a one time fee due when booking a room. It covers contract registration taxes, third party insurance, garbage tax, and room initial and final cleaning.

The utilities flat fee is included in your rental agreement and it covers weekly cleaning of shared areas, high speed internet, heating, water, gas and electricity. Utilities are capped individually in case of excessive use. Be good to the environment, save water and electricity!

The common areas of the apartment (kitchen, bathrooms and corridors) are cleaned every week. Please note the service does not include dishwashing; we give our tenant notice so they can leave everything clear for the cleaners to do their job easily. You can have your room cleaned for a little extra fee.
The minimum stay is three months. After three months you are welcome to stay for as long as you like. We can accept shorter stays for some rooms. Feel free to contact us and ask

We have hosted tenants from over 50 different nationalities. We do not differentiate between genders and we mainly host international students aged 18-30.

Do not hesitate to ask us directly if you can’t find it.

We provide essential kitchen equipment such as pots, pans, glasses, cups, cutlery, plates, colander and cutting board. As our apartment is fully furnished you’ll also find a microwave, oven, fridge, stove, and a dishwasher that make it easier to keep everything clean.

Unlike the Italian standard rental agreement, which requires 6 months’ notice, we only require 3. If you would like to move to a different room or a different apartment under our management just reach out to us, we can offer even more flexibility!

We encourage bank transfers. If you only have an EU bank account we suggest you pay via Transferwise. We also accept cash or credit card, both with a 3% fee from our card payment provider

The apartments are shared amongst different people, we never know who is comfortable with pets and whether the next tenant moving in may have allergy issues. We love pets but unfortunately we cannot host them in the apartments under our management

All the apartments are equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Yes, we kindly ask you to inform us about any overnight guest(s) and attach a copy of their ID/passport to info@reboutiquemilano.com. Written approval from CVRE SRL – REboutique is mandatory as we have to respect all of our tenants! Each tenant is allowed the presence of one overnight guest for a maximum of 3 nights per month.

Yes, a 3 months deposit is required and it’s fully refundable at the end of your contract if there is no damage to the property.
Yes, your room has a lock. In addition, every time a new tenant arrives or a technician comes you’ll be notified a day in advance.
